Cecil and his wife, Patty, are longtime residents of the Greater Nashville, TN area. Married for 40 years, they are parents twice over and have four grandchildren. He holds a business degree and began his professional career as a CPA working with Touché Ross, now Deloitte Touché. At 23, Cecil became chief financial officer of a publicly held healthcare company and, before 30, its chief operating officer. From 1982 to 1998, Patty and Cecil owned and operated many successful businesses, including a financial and investment services group of companies that managed over $100 million for a nationwide client base that included several thousand individuals and businesses. In 1998, the Kemps answered God's call into fulltime marketplace ministry. They sold all their for-profit businesses and since have focused their energy on a not for profit umbrella Christian organization that includes a flourishing life and financial coaching and business consulting practice, publishing company, internet retailer and retreat ministry outreach. Their vision is: Making the global marketplace a showplace for Christian faith in action. Their purpose is: Educating and inspiring people to live the genuinely better way.

Cecil has just released his 26th book: Supernatural Living (4 Steps to Achieving Real Success!).
