Jonathan Jordan works with businesses, organizations and individuals that want to enhance performance. He is a renowned business & executive coach with an advanced degree and other credentials from a variety of leading academic institutions around the world and serves as a faculty fellow of Florida State University. He is also a member of the eminent Society for Neuroscience and applies emerging knowledge about the brain to the areas of business & personal development while pioneering new approaches to improve human and workplace performance.

Originally from Ireland, Jonathan has served in executive positions in a variety of key roles for organizations throughout the United States and around the world - including Australia, Brazil, Germany, Japan, and Nepal. He has utilized his well-rounded knowledge and global experience to help dramatically improve large corporations on the Fortune 500 list.

For example, in 2002 the McDonald’s Corporation made a loss for the first time ever in its history. Jonathan was engaged by McDonald’s leadership to lead a worldwide program to overhaul the training and development systems utilized by all 1.7 Million McDonald’s employees around the world. In a number of meetings with senior Wall Street analysts, the CEO of McDonald’s publicly stated that Jonathan’s innovative program was one of seven key strategies to “turnaround” the company. As a result of those strategies, within eighteen months McDonald’s stock price increased by over 100 percent and the turnaround has become known as one of the greatest in the history of Corporate America.

Jonathan is currently the president of a boutique business & personal development firm with clients throughout the USA and overseas. He is currently writing a book titled, "Brain Matters in Business."
