Kathy Espinoza, MBA, MS, CPE, has many initials after her name but none as important as MOM. Kathy, who trains in ergonomics, back injury prevention and management development, has successfully raised 4 children with special needs. Three of her children have Tourette’s Syndrome and one with Dyslexia. With much faith in the Lord, she has managed to get three of them through college, with one still in high school. Kathy has lived a life, “on her knees” and provides motivational speeches to encourage mom’s groups, churches, parents of kids with special needs how to stay the course. She has managed to accomplish all this and survive her own cancer battles along the way.
